A jewelry designer by trade, Melyssa returned to Calgary after a few years abroad to start her own design studio, Melncoly. She credits her time living in Paris, London and New York as heavily influencing her “creative spirit.” A modern Renaissance woman, Melyssa is also an active photographer, vinyl DJ, writer and song bird. This year, she plans on expanding her creative horizons with a foray into filmmaking.
When it comes to her philosophy on life and art, Melyssa says, “be yourself, and you will always be in fashion!”

Holy crap you should have sat down with us…the lady sitting next to me is Nancy Laing who is a local movie producer…..she has done several movies here in town such as “Jet Boy”….if you want to talk to her, I can make the intro…..
